The Hollyoaks stars looked more loved-up than ever as they locked lips outside the venue in Manchester in the early hours of the morning.
The new couple, who made their official red carpet debut at the star-studded event, cosied up before heading home for the night.
Hollyoaks actor Owen, 23, who plays Romeo Nightingale in the Channel 4 soap, couldn't keep his hands off Jason Donovon's daughter Jemma.
Jemma had changed into a beige pleated mini skirt for the after bash which she teamed with a black bomber jacket and a crossbody bag.
